Spring Cleaning Part II: Power Washing

What's the importance of power washing?

What is the importance of Power Washing? Power washing is important, not only for keeping things clean and tidy, but also for keeping your property 's value high and well preserved. Building Owners  Managers Association (BOMA) recommends cleaning any exterior surface every 1 to 3 years or as needed in order to maintain your property's exterior beauty.

Over time, exteriors tend to gradually lose their original luster. Renew your property by giving it a facelift through a full power washing service.
Guardian is one of the region's largest, fully insured and licensed window and power washing companies servicing the Northeast since 1918; we carry excess liability umbrella insurance and statutory workman's compensation insurance. All of our washers are state certified professionals expertly trained to provide the safest and most cost-effective method of  cleaning to ensure the highest quality of service possible for all commercial and residential customers.

New York's Next Step in Cutting Carbon from Buildings

When New York City leads, the world follows.

That's why the announcement a few weeks ago of the creation of a technical working group to help the city cut greenhouse gas emissions from its building sector by 30 percent by 2025 and 60 percent by 2050 is such exciting news. The effort is part of the city's One City, Built To Last plan to cut citywide greenhouse gas pollution by 80 percent from 2005 levels by 2050--something that Mayor de Blasio announced during Climate Week last September.

Because nearly three-quarters of New York's greenhouse gas pollution comes from buildings, getting the details right, as the technical working group is charged with doing, can have a huge impact. (The remaining reductions will come from other sectors, such as transportation and waste.)
reduce your buildings/facilities energy consumption now? And what if you want start minimizing your carbon footprint as soon as possible?

One name, Visit your buildings/facilities and identify opportunities for improvement, detail designs and engineering calculations to validate each energy management and conservation measure and  implement all energy conservation measures from conception through commissioning.
