Security Fraud In New York City Two Manhattan companies that promise to give job applicants training and top-paying jobs for a cash fee of $400 were shut down Tuesday by a judge at the request of the state attorney general. New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said that since 2012, Security Elite Group and LJW Security Services and Training have been running a "bait and switch" operation in which they have conned thousands of consumers to pay for training and job placement services "based on the false promise of nonexistent jobs."
