Maintenance Technician Job In NYC!

We’re hiring in New York City for a Maintenance Technician!


The Role:
This position is for someone with managerial and technical experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Experience and Certifications:
  • Experience in Hotel/Residential front and back of house scenarios is a plus
  • Experience in large building mechanical/electrical systems operations, maintenance and repairs
  • Experience in all phases of Handyman work: painting, patching, plumbing, electrical, etc
  • FDNY Refrigeration License (C of Q) is a must
  • Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with BMS systems
  • 5+ years of “hands on” maintenance experience
  • Ability to work evenings or days
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7
Compensation: Salary and benefits will be based on experience and industry standards.
