program provides you, your tenants, guests, and employees with the peace of mind needed to return to your daily activities. Developed in conjunction with industry experts, consultants and our in-house Certified Safety professionals, Amplify By Guardian
focuses on the importance of proper disinfecting. Cleaning for health is the main focus and we can offer you several options on how to implement the program.

Our cleaning technicians are specially trained in the latest disinfecting techniques under the guidance of our authorized and certified trainers. Emphasis is placed on using the latest EPA List N approved disinfectants and cleaners.  Product effectiveness improves daily and we make sure that we are using the best solution for your space. In addition to the chemicals used, we educate the cleaning technicians on proper dwell times to ensure the full effectiveness of the cleaning agents and proper cleaning technique.


Tailored Programs:

Guardian understands that every space has unique attributes so our Account Executive can help you find the best solutions for your needs.  Services can range from one-time Viral Disinfecting to on-going enhanced cleaning services.  It all begins with a site assessment to determine your specific needs based on traffic flow, number of occupants, high touch areas and areas of special concern.  Based on your requirements, we recommend the services that will best serve you. 

Available Options:

Reopening Service: Recommended for spaces that have been closed for an extended period. This is a comprehensive program that offers you a one-time deep cleaning and disinfection to prepare for your returning personnel. Additionally, your Account Executive may recommend changes to cleaning specifications, chemicals used, reduction in high-touch areas and identify where to add hand sanitizing stations.

Amplified Ongoing Service: Our objective is to provide you with a safe and worry-free environment. In order to do so, we will recommend a tailored program that may amplify your current specifications. In light of evolving variants, we cannot ignore the need for ongoing and constant disinfecting.
Heavily trafficked areas and high-touchpoint areas are of particular concern. Your Account Executive will recommend areas that may require increased frequencies, ways to reduce the number of high-touch areas and periodic full space disinfection schedules.

Emergency Remediation:
We offer immediate and intensive disinfection services for those times when you have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID in your space. Our specially trained Pathogen cleaning technicians are dispatched and utilizing specialized equipment and techniques disinfect all affected areas. As per CDC recommendations, the area in question will be isolated from the rest of the population, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using our electrostatic sprayer. Finally you are provided with Amplify By GuardianSM certification detailing the work that was done, when it was completed, equipment and technique used along with the EPA List N approved disinfectants utilized.
