Many large office complexes and companies also employ concierges. A person in this role is often given the title of "corporate concierge." Serving as a resource to the employee population, he/she provides information about local services, arranging for such things as lunch reservations and printing services. A corporate concierge may also process employee requests, such as arranging messenger pickups and deliveries and distributing internal mail.
